Booking & Payment Policy

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required at the time of confirmation to secure your spot.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the tour price must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip begins.

• Currency: All prices are as stated in the itinerary (EUR).

Cancellations & refunds

• By the traveler: In case of cancellation by the traveler, the initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of departure, the full tour price is non-refundable.

• By Untold Earth: We reserve the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or in case of safety issues. In this case, a full refund (including the deposit) will be provided.

Mandatory Requirements

• Travel Insurance: All participants are strictly required to have valid international travel insurance that covers high-altitude activities and medical repatriation.

• Liability: Untold Earth acts as a facilitator and is not liable for personal injury, flight delays, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
